The site's been down since 9:45 this morning. We're working as fast as possible to get things back up.

The site has been down since 11:15 this morning. We hope to have it back up shortly.

11:40 - The issue has been resolved. We're not expecting any more problems today.

Saturday: 29th November

We'll be doing some work on our server from 10pm to 12am this evening. During this 2 hours, the site may be unavailable for short periods of time.

20 November - 8:30pm

We're currently having some problems with the site, which we're working to fix. Hopefully we'll be back up and running in about 20 minutes.

8:45pm - The problem has been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.

11 November: Site down

The site was down from 14:45 - 15:00 today. This was very temporary and caused by a difficulty on our server. We don't expect any further issues today.

About this blog

The purpose of this blog is to report on the current status of the Nirvana Wholesale Website. As with all websites, from time to time there are problems. The site may go down for brief periods, either for scheduled maintenance, or for reasons outside our control.

The difficulty with website problems is that it's often impossible to report on them, as the first place people think of looking for answers is the website itself. The second option is usually to email or phone the company in question, and with contact details on the website's contact page (which would also unavailable) keeping customers updated on the problem is next to impossible.
